RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We accept returns for an exchange on any items damaged in transit. To be eligible for an exchange, you must email us at alchemyandherbshealing@gmail.com to alert us of the damage as soon as the item is received. The damaged item must then be returned to us within 10 business days. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out an agreed upon replacement. Since quite a few of our items are one-of-a-kind there is no guarantee for an exact replacement. 

Shipping: To return your item, you must contact us prior to shipping the item back to us. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


TERMS OF SERVICE

Insurance: All packages include insurance that covers loss or damage during transit. USPS has changed their insurance policy and now the claim must be filed by the customer, not the seller. Broken or damaged items must be brought to your local post office with all original shipping materials and original shipping container. They will inspect your package and provide you with a refund. 

If your item is determined as being misplaced by the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) during transit and cannot be located, a replacement will be shipped to you if available. If we are unable to provide you with an exact replacement due to an item being one-of-a-kind you will receive a refund for those items. Package theft after delivery is not covered by this insurance. 

Lost or Stolen Packages: Alchemy + Herbs Healing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which show confirmation of being delivered to the designated shipping address. Upon inquiry, Alchemy + Herbs Healing will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. 

Please Note: Tracking numbers are automatically emailed as soon as your shipping label is created. A delivery confirmation is also emailed once the package has been delivered. Please make sure you provide a current email address that you regularly check so you receive this important information. It is your responsibility to make arrangements for the package to be received if you will not be home on the day of the delivery. Shipping to a business address is advised if you do not have a safe delivery area for packages to be left unattended. If you have not received a shipping notification email within 48-72 hours after placing an online order please check your spam folder or reach out to alchemyandherbshealing@gmail.com if you need your tracking number re-sent to you.
