Transformational Hypnosis
Soul Journey Sessions
Soul Journey Sessions are client-centered sessions where energy healing and Transformational Hypnosis are paired together to achieve a deep, relaxed, altered state. Pairing these powerful healing modalities promotes a deeper connection to your unconscious mind, feelings, intuition, and spiritual self. This allows the conscious and unconscious mind to better connect in order to facilitate acceptance of new ideas, thoughts, beliefs, and feelings. Your subconscious mind already holds all of the answers you seek and these sessions allow you to access that knowledge and bring it forward to your conscious mind so you can make lasting changes moving forward.
What is Transformational Hypnosis?
Transformational Hypnosis is unlike traditional hypnosis in that it does more than merely seek to influence the client through suggestion. It’s a client-centered approach based on the belief that there’s an evolution to human consciousness. This evolution is facilitated by bringing our unconscious knowledge into our conscious mind by exploring our inner world and our shadow self.
The goal of this approach is to:
Reveal, heal, and release trauma that may have originated in familial, generational, ancestral, cultural, or past lives
Call in renewed and expanded energy patterns for personal and spiritual expansion

A Soul Journey Package Includes:
-
Session 1: Intake & Sacred Witnessing
During your intake, we get clarity about your intention for your session. We will dive deep to get as clear as possible about where you currently are and where you are looking to be. Based on your specific intention there will be various hypnosis session types suggested and together we will create a plan for your Soul Journey Session.
Session Length: 1.5 – 2 hours
-
Session 2: Transformational Hypnosis Session
This is where the Soul Journey takes place. We will review the decided upon plan from your intake to make sure it’s still the direction you would like to go and will make any adjustments if needed. Then you will be guided into an altered state through hypnosis and your Soul Journey will begin. Your session will be recorded for you.
Session Length: 2 – 2.5 hours
-
Session 3: Follow Up
Two weeks after your Soul Journey we will have a follow up call to check in about how you are integrating what came up during your session. Depending how things are progressing, you may be assigned self hypnosis homework to help achieve your intention. This is also the time where we can discuss continued session work and build a plan for the future.
Session Length: 1 – 2 hours
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Hypnosis is a natural, but altered, state of consciousness that allows you to better attune to your intuition, feelings, imagination, and unconscious mind. It allows you to more easily transcend the critical mind that typically will automatically accept or reject information from entering the conscious and unconscious mind. The altered state of hypnosis allows the conscious and unconscious mind to be better connected. It facilitates acceptance of new ideas, thoughts, beliefs, and feelings which can be initiated through the use of hypnotic suggestions.
-
Hypnosis is simply a state of relaxation and focused concentration. It feels a lot like daydreaming, or simply relaxing for a few minutes in your favorite chair after a busy day at work.
-
To put it simply it’s a relaxed trance state and we naturally go into trance states at various times throughout our day without even realizing it. For example, we enter these "trance" states when we are watching TV, staring at our computer screen, driving long distances on "auto-pilot" mode, meditating, "zoning out" and even daydreaming.
You are always in control, aware, and conscious of the experience.
-
Since hypnosis is simply a process of natural experience and learning, everyone can be hypnotized.. Some people may go deeper into trance than others, but depth of trance is not an indicator of success for change. A light trance is suitable for most clients.
It is a myth that some people cannot be hypnotized; everyone has the capacity to relax, to learn and to be creative.
-
Yes. Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state that our brains can use for beneficial purposes. There are a few instances where hypnosis would not be indicated for an individual but this is very uncommon. Examples include individuals who are acutely psychotic, a child under the age of five, or an individual who does not give their permission to participate in the process.
-
Absolutely not. Your session is all about YOU. During your appointment, you are aware at all times and will remember everything you choose to remember. The hypnotist is merely a guide during the session and cannot make you do anything that you don’t want to do.
-
Many people feel a deep sense of peaceful relaxation, lightened mood, improved sleep, and most importantly they notice rapid positive change.

Yes! This is one of the most common questions about hypnosis. There is so much research to demonstrate the efficacy of hypnosis that it is impossible to list it all here. Research backs hypnosis as a treatment for physical problems such as pain management, IBS and other gastrointestinal difficulties, as well as a demonstrated effective tool to assist with accomplishing personal goals (i.e. test-taking, sports performance enhancement, confidence and self-esteem building, getting over stage fright and public speaking fears), and habit change (quit smoking, lose weight, etc), and to help us relax (manage stress, overcome fears), as well as to increase intimacy, improve communication, and manage emotions such as anger, depression or anxiety.
