A gentle beginning for clarity, grounding, and energetic support.

AWAKEN is the first step in your healing journey — a soft landing where you’re deeply heard, supported, and guided back into your body and inner wisdom. This tier is perfect if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of where to begin.

It gives you space to release heaviness, receive support, and reconnect with clarity before moving deeper into transformational work.

    • Part 1 — Sacred Witnessing
      30 minutes
      A warm, grounded conversation where we explore what you’ve been carrying — physically, emotionally, mentally, or energetically. You’ll feel seen, understood, and supported as we uncover the theme of your current chapter and what your system is truly asking for.

    • Part 2 — Energy Healing (you’ll receive a blend of Reiki and Crystal Healing)
      45 minutes
      A soothing, restorative session to help your system soften, clear, ground, and realign. This supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic clarity.

    • Part 3 — Closing Integration Chat
      15 minutes
      A grounding conversation after your session where we explore what shifted and what your next steps may be.

SHIFT
The Inner Alchemy Journey

    • Session 2 — Transformational Hypnosis Session
      2–2.5 hours
      A gentle guided experience that takes you into the subconscious mind to uncover the root of your block or pattern. This is where profound healing can occur. A recording of your session is provided.

    • Session 3 — Integration & Next Steps
      1–2 hours
      Two weeks later, we reconnect to anchor your changes, strengthen your new patterns, and support you as you integrate your experience into your daily life.

      1–1.5 hours
      We anchor the insights from your hypnosis journey and strengthen your new emotional and energetic patterns.

    • Session 5 — Combination of Reiki and Crystal Healing
      1 hour
      A restorative recalibration session to support emotional release and energetic alignment.

    • Session 6 — Follow-Up Transformational Hypnosis Session
      1.5–2.5 hours
      A deeper subconscious journey to reinforce your transformation and expand your capacity to receive what you’re calling in.

    • Session 7 — Energy Healing (Reiki or Crystal Healing)

      A grounding and alignment session to help settle the deeper shifts.

    • Session 8 — Final Integration Session
