Thanks for wanting to learn more about me! I’m an artist, healer, certified hypnotist, Reiki practitioner, crystal healer, graphic designer — and now you can even find me on YouTube. My journey to Alchemy + Herbs Healing wasn’t linear, but every twist and turn brought me closer to doing the work I love most: helping others heal, grow, and create lives they truly love. Along the way, I also became a certified herbalist — a path that has deeply enriched my personal connection to nature, even though I don’t offer herbalism professionally.
The Shift
After years of stressful office jobs, I felt burned out and unfulfilled. In 2016, I took a leap of faith and left the corporate world behind, knowing I wanted to make a meaningful impact but unsure exactly how. That leap opened the door to Reiki, hypnosis, and crystal healing — the core practices I now share with clients. Around that same time, I also began studying herbalism, which became an important part of my personal healing journey and continues to inspire my work, even though it’s not something I formally offer.
Transformational Healing
As a healer, I’ve trained in multiple modalities including Reiki, crystal healing, Sacred Soul Alignment, and Transformational Hypnosis. Of them all, hypnosis quickly became my favorite because of its ability to reach the subconscious and unlock deep, lasting transformation. Past life regressions hold a special place in my heart — I had my first regression at 17, and the experience was life-changing.
The Birth of Alchemy + Herbs
In 2020, I began experimenting with cold-process soap as part of my own wellness journey. To my surprise, not only did the products help me heal a persistent skin condition, but friends and clients started requesting them too. From there, the line expanded to oils, sprays, bath salts, and wearable art — each infused with Reiki energy and created with intention to support mind, body, and spirit.
What started as a creative outlet quickly blossomed into Alchemy + Herbs Healing — a blend of healing sessions and handcrafted products designed to bring transformation into both your inner world and your everyday routines.
Art, Design & Creativity
Alongside my healing work, I’ve always been an artist and have been a graphic designer for over 20 years. Creativity is woven into everything I do, from designing healing products to channeling energy work. While design remains part of my journey for now, I know that healing and creating intentional products is where my true soul calling lies.

Giving Back & Inspiration
Outside of my business, I find joy in volunteering at local animal rescues, spending time in nature, meditating, and connecting with the mystical. Giving back and living in alignment with love and service is at the core of everything I do.
